Alongside the pure software development, in almost all our projects additional services such as consultancy and planning, project management, graphic design and the provision of event equipment and trained personnel "on event" play a crucial role.
We have the expertise and the capacities to be able to offer you additional services as individual building blocks independently of overall projects. We provide all services in-house and with our own qualified staff.
Art direction and graphic design
Our graphic design team ensures the perfect design and implementation of your print products.
Be it an invitation card, a flyer, a name badge, an employee magazine or event documentation,
we take over all the design through to publication. In doing so, we are of course entirely used to working 100% within the confines of your corporate design specifications.
Following this, we take over the coordination, management and monitoring of our partner printing houses and thus ensure a perfect print result, all from one source.
Our in-house lettershop will gladly take care of the packaging and dispatch of your mailings. Here our specialisation lies in the production, processing and compilation of high-quality personalised documents and mailing elements. Here we have developed tried-and-tested processes over many years with ongoing quality controls, and these are put into practice by our employees.
Franking with stamps, special-issue stamps or individual franking machines and our postal delivery of your mailings complete our service offering.
The provision of a hotline for your customers or guests underlines your service orientation as a company or event organiser, but takes up huge internal capacities. Classic call centres often appear anonymous and arbitrary. We take care of communication with your customers or guests in the language and tone you want to use. We work with you to develop guiding principles for the hotline and then train our internal staff - if necessary in cooperation with you.
We then man your service number at set times from Monday to Friday, and at the weekends too where required of course, naturally in several languages if needed.
Have you already dealt with participant management in-house but now need support with accreditation and check-in on site? We have a large range of devices that we will happily make available to you on a rental basis. Be it notebooks, printers, scanners, smartphones or network technology - we supply you with the right technology for every requirement.
Project managers or IT technicians with many years of experience ensure seamless installation and support on site as well as the training of hostesses or customers' own staff in the corresponding technology.
The event is over, now we'll be happy to support you with the follow-up, whether it's getting feedback via individual online questionnaires, the provision of photo and video galleries or mailing of certificates of participation, documentation or give-aways.
We take care of the follow-up and thus ensure ideal guest support beyond the event itself.
Payment processing, accounting and ticketing for events subject to a charge
As a full-service provider, we support you with the handling of domestic and foreign events subject to a charge. We integrate payment functions into our online tools and enable your guests to carry out the automated payment of participation fees via all common credit cards, PayPal or instant transfer. It goes without saying that payment on invoice is also possible.
Our systems generate invoices and tickets in the customer's corporate design and send these automatically after payment has been received. The Guest-One back office takes care of entering payments, handling cancellations and sending payment reminders.
We have accounts in trust for the management of all payments. For events that take place in other European countries, we also handle taxation matters relating to participation fees in the respective country.
