150 years of Stadtwerke Düsseldorf

The year 2016 is a special one for Stadtwerke Düsseldorf: the public utility company is celebrating not only its 150th birthday, but also the commissioning of the highly-efficient natural gas power station "Fortuna" at the Lausward in Düsseldorf's harbour area.

A gala evening was held on 20 May as part of the jubilee celebrations, and Guest-One took care of all the participant management. A key task alongside postal delivery of invitations was the implementation of a registration portal as well as the provision and management of a guest hotline.
On site Guest-One ensured the rapid and seamless check-in of approximately 500 guests. To this end, it made use of iPhone scanners as well as a specially configured check-in app, which not only logged the visitor's admission ticket but also displayed their seat number
