A huge success for Guest-One: The Wuppertal-based experts are taking over the organisation of guests and participant management for the opening events of the Elbphilharmonie Hamburg.

The CCW is the flagship event in Europe for the areas of customer service and contact centres. Over 8,000 visitors and 260 exhibitors from more than 20 countries gathered at the Estrel Convention Center in Berlin from 20 to 23 February to find out about the “customer dialogue of the future”. Guest-One was once again responsible for managing all the guests at the event.

On behalf of the Federal Foreign Office in Berlin, Guest-One took care of participant management and placement for the G20 concert in Hamburg's Elbphilharmonie concert hall. The concert formed part of the summit attended by heads of state and government. Following the ceremonial opening at the start of the year, the Wuppertal-based experts for participant management and guest organisation were thus responsible for a particularly extraordinary event in the world's most modern concert hall for the second time in a year.
