Aareon Congress 2017 Aareon AG, with headquarters in Mainz, is the leading consulting and system house in the European property industry. An annual event highlight and one of the largest and most important property industry meetings is the three-day "Aareon Congress", which traditionally takes place in May or June at the Congress Centre in Garmisch-Partenkirchen. As in previous years, Guest-One again took on the entire participant management in 2017 for a good 1,000 participants and contributors, and therefore directly supported Aareon AG and the supervising agency H&R Communications. In addition to the implementation of an extensive online registration process incl. hotel management, Guest-One took on the check-in of guests at the congress, the evening gala and the workshops on offer. Another important component of the service was a graphic seating tool which enabled fast and simple placing of all guests at the gala tables.
