CCW 2017 The CCW is the flagship event in Europe for the areas of customer service and contact centres. Over 8,000 visitors and 260 exhibitors from more than 20 countries gathered at the Estrel Convention Center in Berlin from 20 to 23 February to find out about the “customer dialogue of the future”. Guest-One was once again responsible for managing all the guests at the event, as it did in 2016. On the behest of the event organiser “Management Circle”, Guest-One provided a multilingual online platform for advance visitor registration and ticketing. On site, Guest-One ensured smooth accreditation of the guests and provided 20 check-in stations and 10 self-service terminals for that purpose. Additional registration of guests for various workshops and additional event areas was performed using smartphones with a specially configured app. Also new in the range of services was a leader recording system which exhibitors could use to record the badges of the people who visited their stands. Smartphones were also used for this purpose. Afterwards, each exhibitor received a corresponding report on their fair contacts.
