Unitymedia employee event

For an extraordinary event concept, Guest-One was allowed to implement an extensive print production for Unitymedia GmbH in addition to the participant management.

For the registration of the approximately 3,000 invited employees, a complex online platform was implemented, which, in addition to recording the acceptances and rejections, also made it possible to answer personal questions and interests and to book various workshops. In addition, participants could upload a personal profile picture. From the evaluations of the questions and areas of interest, the system provided further personal workshop recommendations.

The uploaded pictures were individually checked by Guest-One Grafik, where necessary reworked and then transferred into a template analogous to the good old Panini football pictures. Subsequently, around 43,000 Panini pictures were produced and packaged in bags of 50 per participant. On site, guests received their personal pictures and a customer-produced scrapbook at check-in. The pictures were then actively exchanged with colleagues during the event, and the whole campaign was a topic of conversation among employees both at the event and beyond. Guest-One was able to prove its competence in the field of graphics and lettershop in addition to its participant management experience.
